These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pos4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any of our services. By accessing pos4d, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.
pos4d services are strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on pos4d. Duplicate accounts are subject to permanent suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific requirements are stated on each individual promotion page.
Withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are outlined in the Financial Transactions section below.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. pos4d will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by player negligence.
Use of automated software, collusion, match-fixing, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. Detection of any such activity will result in permanent account termination.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pos4d ("pos4d", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pos4d.lat (the "Platform"). This Agreement governs all use of the Platform, including but not limited to registration, deposits, gameplay, promotions, withdrawals, and any other interaction with pos4d services.
By creating an account on pos4d, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
pos4d operates as a gaming platform serving players primarily in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. All monetary amounts referenced throughout this Agreement are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. References to Malaysian banking institutions including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, as well as electronic payment systems including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay, are made in the context of payment processing services offered to eligible players.

pos4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pos4d may result in Account suspension or closure, and any pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of verification.
To access the full range of pos4d services, a Player must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The following provisions apply to all registered Accounts:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the pos4d Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pos4d reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts without notice and to forfeit any Balances held therein.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update their Account details if any information changes. pos4d reserves the right to verify all information provided and to require supporting documentation. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
4.3 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pos4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify pos4d immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
4.4 Account Verification (KYC). pos4d is required to conduct identity verification on all Accounts. Players may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in restricted Account access, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or Account closure.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. pos4d reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts as specified in its fee schedule, provided that the applicable Balance will not be reduced below zero.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pos4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via FPX, DuitNow, and approved eWallet providers are typically credited to the Player's Account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations as stipulated by pos4d's processing systems.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in relation to a specific payment method or promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the source account.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) business minutes for verified accounts via domestic bank transfer or eWallet channels. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) business hour subject to network conditions.
5.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will be declined.
5.6 Payment Method Matching. As a matter of anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method and account used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. pos4d reserves the right to request verification of any payment method before processing a withdrawal.
5.7 Player Funds. All Player funds deposited on the Platform are held in accounts segregated from pos4d's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to ensure that Player Balances remain available for withdrawal irrespective of pos4d's corporate financial position.
6.1 General. pos4d may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, loyalty rewards, or other incentive programmes ("Promotions") to eligible Players. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a Promotion expressly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are stated on each Promotion's dedicated terms page.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pos4d reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds in the event that it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements; use of multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion; provision of false information to qualify for a Promotion; or coordination with other Players to fulfil Wagering Requirements artificially.
6.4 Promotion Modifications. pos4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already accepted a Promotion prior to any material change will generally have their entitlement honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance, subject to pos4d's reasonable discretion.
6.5 Responsible Gambling and Bonuses. Players who have activated any form of Responsible Gambling limit, self-exclusion, or cooling-off period on their Account may be ineligible to participate in certain Promotions. Players are encouraged to review their Responsible Gambling settings before opting into any promotional offer.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the pos4d Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and this Agreement shall prevail in respect of financial, account, and conduct matters.
7.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, pos4d will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of the affected game round based on available server-side records. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance.
7.3 Betting Integrity — Sports. All sports betting markets offered on pos4d, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC events, and other competitions, are subject to pos4d's Trading and Risk Management policies. pos4d reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or limit maximum stakes where it reasonably determines that a market is affected by irregular betting patterns, match-fixing, or the availability of non-public information.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum permitted stake amounts vary by game type, sports market, and Player account status. Current limits are displayed within the respective game or betting interface and are subject to change at pos4d's discretion.

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the pos4d Platform are the exclusive property of pos4d or its licensors, as applicable. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any Player any licence or right to use any intellectual property of pos4d other than as strictly necessary for the purposes of accessing and using the Platform in accordance with this Agreement.
Players must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, transmit, adapt, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without pos4d's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of pos4d's intellectual property may constitute a breach of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11.1 The Platform and all services offered thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pos4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 pos4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if pos4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 pos4d's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit pos4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 By pos4d. pos4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Player's use of the Platform involves fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require such action; or (d) the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players requires such action.
12.2 By the Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting pos4d's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or compliance review.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or termination, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that remain subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements shall be forfeited. Real-money Balance standing to the Player's credit shall be returned in accordance with clause 12.2 above, subject to any deductions required by law or regulation.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pos4d holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through pos4d's internal customer support and complaints process.
Players wishing to escalate a complaint should contact pos4d's customer support team in writing via the email address set out in the Contact Us section below. pos4d will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to such independent dispute resolution body or arbitration mechanism as pos4d designates from time to time.
pos4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, pos4d will endeavour to notify active Players by email or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent version of this Agreement is shown at the top of this page.
It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended version of this Agreement constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account in accordance with clause 12.2 above.
